Refund Policy
How refunds and the right of withdrawal work at Liralang.
Last updated: 2026-06-26
Who processes payments
Payments at Liralang are handled by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller on record for your purchase and processes charges, taxes, invoices, and refunds. Liralang (operated by Facundo Cosimo, in Italy) remains your point of contact for support: write to support@liralang.com and, where applicable, we coordinate the refund with Paddle.
What you buy
Each purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks an access window of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months to the paid features. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal: access ends only when the window closes, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges.
AI features consume prepaid credits. Your plan's monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over; top-up credits you purchase accumulate and expire 12 months after purchase.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because Liralang is digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you expressly ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.
Even so, if you have not yet used the service within those 14 days, contact us and we will process a full refund through Paddle.
How to request a refund
- Email support@liralang.com from your account email, stating the purchase and the reason.
- If you have your Paddle receipt, you can also request the refund directly from the link on your Paddle invoice.
- We review each case and, where appropriate, Paddle returns the amount to your original payment method.
Cases we do refund
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
- A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using what you purchased and that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
- Purchases within the 14-day withdrawal period where you have not yet used the service.
Cases we normally do not refund
- Access already substantially consumed during the purchased window.
- Change of mind after actively using the paid features, unless applicable law protects you.
- Credits already spent on AI features.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights granted to you by law. If a consumer-protection rule in your country of residence is more favorable to you, it prevails over the above.
