Refund Policy

Who processes payments

Polar and its processors handle card data, charges, applicable transaction taxes, the invoice or receipt, and transactional support under the role and terms shown in Polar Checkout. Liralang (operated by Liralang, in Italy) operates and licenses the product and provides product support.

What you buy

Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions until you cancel. You can manage or cancel them from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but you keep paid access through the end of the current period.

Prepaid access for 3 or 6 months, gifts, and credit top-ups are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Prepaid access ends when the stated window closes.

AI features consume prepaid credits. Your plan's monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over; top-up credits you purchase accumulate and expire 12 months after purchase.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Starting to use the service does not by itself remove that right. We apply an exception only when the express request or consent, corresponding acknowledgement, and other requirements of applicable law are present.

Within those 14 days, use the support options in your Polar receipt or customer portal. If the case concerns product usage, contact us too so we can give Polar the relevant information.

How to request a refund

• For a payment, cancellation, or refund request, use the support options in your Polar receipt or customer portal.
• For a problem using Liralang, email support@liralang.com; where needed, we will give Polar relevant product or usage information.
• Where appropriate, Polar returns the amount to your original payment method.

Cases we do refund

• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
• A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using what you purchased and that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
• Purchases for which applicable law requires a refund, including withdrawal within 14 days where applicable.

Cases we normally do not refund

• Outside a mandatory legal refund right, access already substantially consumed during the purchased window.
• Outside a mandatory legal refund right, a change of mind after actively using paid features. Use affects only this voluntary policy: it does not remove a withdrawal right unless a legal exception applies, including the required express request or consent and acknowledgement.
• Outside a mandatory legal refund right, credits already spent on AI features.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights granted to you by law. If a consumer-protection rule in your country of residence is more favorable to you, it prevails over the above.
